We were excited when we got this almost a year ago as a Christmas present for our oldest girl. She was still a bit young for it, so it was only used less than 20 times in this past year. We kept the battery on the charger in between uses. (You need a very long flathead screwdriver to access the battery compartment.) Despite keeping the battery charged, it was completely dead by the time 9 months rolled around. Left our little one crying on the curb after pooping out the last time in less than a minute. The replacement battery is FORTY DOLLARS, and I think that's a total rip for something that can't even last 10 months with barely any use! What a HUGE disappointment for $300+ dollars!!
